It is finally here! The first update after a year. I have spent the last few days head down, crunching through this to improve the game. This extensive revision improves clarity, enhances the text flow, and provides illustrative examples to showcase the game's mechanics.

Why now? Well, it is GenCon, and I can't go; I figure a lot of you can't either. Why not spend the time reading the new Beta? Maybe even play it!

I expect the Homebase section to receive a major expansion, giving it more weight and ensuring its place in the game's structure. This will take some time to design.
